INSTALL – A successful installation also requires planning in the areas of chart of account setup and alignment, reporting requirements, importing existing data such as customer lists and entering opening balances from previous systems. It is a great training opportunity for the client to be part of the installation process.
TRAIN – Further training is mandatory to ensure that the operator is confident to use the software correctly. We provide you with a full training service to use the system for the full potential of your business.
SUPPORT – We will keep in contact to monitor how you are progressing with the system and will support you with any queries or further requirements you have.
